Roselli's career began in 2005 at Bank of America, where he was a member of the top-ranked Institutional Investor Gaming, Lodging, and Leisure High Yield Research team. In 2009, he moved to UBS' Fixed Income desk, serving as a Senior Credit Analyst and covering over 50 debt issuers. He later joined a prominent hedge fund that managed a portfolio of gaming and hospitality debt, equity, and private credit. Over his ten years there, he worked closely with management teams and investment banks to structure new debt and equity issues, refinancings, and loan arrangements.

Among Roselli’s notable achievements is his role as a director on the Board of Revel Entertainment, along with being licensed by the NJ Casino Control Commission, highlighting his comprehensive understanding of the regulatory environment within the gaming industry.
