Global Uranium Advances Exploration with Successful Program in Wyoming

Global Uranium Completes Technical Field Program in Wyoming

CALGARY, Alberta -- Global Uranium Corp. (CSE: GURN | OTC: GURFF | FRA: Q3J) has successfully concluded its technical field program at the Airline Project in Wyoming. This accomplishment is a significant milestone for the Company as it aims to enhance its exploration capabilities. The fall program effectively covered new ground and validated essential field methods crucial for future exploration efforts.

Details of the Field Program

Conducted over the span of nine days in late-October, the fieldwork was executed by a proficient team from Big Rock Exploration. They collected data via a high-resolution ground-based radiometric survey and conducted detailed geological mapping, alongside targeted rock sampling for analysis. The survey helped delineate previously identified uranium anomalies and discovered new zones of elevated radioactivity, thereby solidifying Global Uranium’s strategic exploration approach.

Radiometric Survey and Data Collection

The technical team collected an impressive 56.27 line-kilometres of radiometric data utilizing RadiaCode RC-102 detectors. This was supplemented by RS-125 scintillometer readings to ensure quality control throughout the process. The systematic north-south survey lines were spaced twenty-five metres apart, allowing for refined definitions of uranium anomalies.

Geological Mapping and Future Strategy

Complementing the radiometric survey, geological mapping focused on critical anomaly zones through the Wind River Formation. The insights garnered from these geological observations are anticipated to refine the understanding of the area’s geological features, particularly those conducive to roll-front uranium deposition. The field team gathered sixteen rock samples from both outcrop and subcrop, which have been sent to ALS Reno for geochemical analysis. This rigorous analysis is part of a stringent quality control process involving certified blank and standard reference materials.

Implications of the Program

This successful technical initiative marks a significant step in Global Uranium's ongoing exploration strategy. The combination of geophysical and geochemical datasets will enable the Company to refine its targeting of potential near-surface uranium mineralization. Following the receipt of laboratory results, which are expected soon, Global Uranium will solidify its exploration strategy for the upcoming year.

Statements from Leadership

Ungad Chadda, CEO of Global Uranium, expressed optimism regarding the program, stating, “This initiative allowed us to validate previous survey outcomes and extend our data coverage into newly staked areas. The information we gathered will strategically position us for expanded operations across our Wyoming projects next year.”

Exploration Commitment in North America

Global Uranium Corp. continues to prioritize uranium asset exploration and development across North America, focusing on several key projects. These include the Wing Lake Property located in the Mudjatik Domain of Northern Saskatchewan, the Northwest Athabasca Joint Venture alongside Forum Energy Metals Corp. and NexGen Energy Ltd., and various projects within the Great Divide Basin District, Gas Hills District, and Copper Mountain District in Wyoming.

Technical Oversight and Assurance

The technical work undertaken in Wyoming has received rigorous oversight, with Jared Suchan, Ph.D., P.Geo., serving as the Qualified Person according to National Instrument 43-101. He has thoroughly reviewed and approved all scientific and technical material associated with this announcement.
