Global Gaming Women (GGW), a pivotal non-profit organization within the gaming industry, has made significant leadership appointments that are set to reshape its future. Siobhan Lane, previously the organization's 1st Vice President, will now take over as the President and Board Chair. Lane, who is currently the Group Chief Executive Officer of Gaming at Light & Wonder, Inc., brings a wealth of experience to her new role. The recent changes also saw Brandi Ellis taking the reins as 1st Vice President, following an accomplished career in the gaming sector. Meanwhile, Adriana Kasunic, now the Vice President of People Operations at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, has been appointed as the 2nd Vice President of GGW, previously held by Ellis.

Lauren Bates, the outgoing GGW President, expressed her gratitude towards Lane's contributions, noting how Lane's focus has led to more robust programs for women in gaming. Bates also highlighted her own successful tenure, which resulted in over 3,000 new members, the launch of 10 new initiatives, and 17 educational events that reached into two new countries.

Effective January 1, 2026, the new appointments are set to guide GGW through a transformative period until 2028. With these changes, Julie Woodruff, the Vice President of Finance at Seminole Casino Hotel Immokalee, has been named the Board Secretary, filling the position vacated by Kasunic.
