Galway Sustainable Capital Expands Its Leadership Team
Galway Sustainable Capital has broadened its leadership bench with a focused round of new appointments. The expansion is meant to sharpen day-to-day execution and, just as importantly, to deepen the company’s ability to finance projects that move the economy toward more sustainable outcomes.
New Leadership Appointments
Known for financing sustainable projects, Galway has added three senior leaders: Eric Long as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Cameron Ruble as Chief People Officer (CPO), and Alla Jezmir as Managing Director. Together, they’re tasked with strengthening Galway’s capacity to deliver sustainable infrastructure and scale investments that matter.
Eric Long’s Expertise
Eric Long steps in as CFO with a track record built across energy and finance. He managed more than $5 billion while at EIG Partners and later served as CFO at Harbour Energy. Earlier in his career at Goldman Sachs, he helped execute over $75 billion in financing transactions. At Galway, he will oversee finance, accounting, and strategic planning—aligning capital, controls, and growth so the firm can move quickly and responsibly.
Cameron Ruble’s Vision
As Chief People Officer, Cameron Ruble brings two decades in human resources and strategic talent management. He led HR at Longview Innovation and played key roles in talent development at Renmatix, Inc. Cameron’s focus is clear: build a strong, inclusive culture; develop people; and connect talent practices to Galway’s sustainability goals so teams can do their best work.
Alla Jezmir’s Contributions
Joining as Managing Director, Alla Jezmir brings hands-on experience from Earthrise Energy, where she helped develop a large pipeline of clean energy projects. With 15 years in clean energy ventures, she will lead the sourcing and execution of transactions, guide strategic partnerships, and manage a deal team dedicated to high-impact, sustainable development.
Welcoming New Team Members
Galway is also growing its investment and corporate teams. Ben Fenton joins as an Investment Partner, strengthening Galway’s ability to identify, structure, and execute attractive opportunities. Nishil Patel steps in as Vice President, Controller, leading financial operations and reporting. Rounding out the group, Parhum Moshki becomes Financial Reporting Manager and Rita Herzog joins as Corporate Associate—additions that support disciplined execution across the firm.
