Not long ago, Xavier Melendez was stuck in a spiral—shifting through jobs like overnight hospitality gigs with no clear direction in sight. Moving to Arizona in late 2024 could have been a fresh start but ended up being more of the same. He was edging on anxiety about his future by his mid-20s.

"I felt like I was going nowhere," Melendez confessed.
