They've partnered with Sacramento State University’s Black Honors College and, thanks to American First Credit Union’s backing, are serving up a fresh $100,000 scholarship campaign. The first fruits of this endeavor were on display when Aiden Wates-Gee received a $5,000 scholarship. Aiden’s not just any high school grad—he exits with a 4.1 GPA and a drive to stir things up as he heads to an honors college this fall. Andre Farr and Michael Williams, the Senior Vice President of Consumer Lending and Member Experience from American First Credit Union, were there to highlight Aiden’s excellence and the partnership's promise.
