The Addison Junction will span 14 acres and feature a 155,550-square-foot mass timber office building, a 140-room boutique hotel, and 30,000 square feet dedicated to entertainment space. Additionally, The Hangar, an aviation-themed event venue measuring 12,000 square feet, will be part of the complex. The design includes various restaurants, a Texas-style beer garden, rooftop patios, and public plazas that will integrate seamlessly with Addison Circle Park and the Cotton Belt Trail Corridor, enhancing the community's hiking and biking network.
