This unique nine-month program opens opportunities for women in cybersecurity to connect with experienced mentors who guide them through vital career stages. The enrollment for the mentorship program remains open until August 27, allowing eligible participants to join these enlightening sessions that kick off on September 17.

At WiCyS, we believe in the power of ongoing education to drive professional progress. Research supports our approach, as studies show that mentees are promoted five times more than those without mentors. Likewise, mentors benefit significantly too, advancing in their careers six times more often than those who do not mentor.

New Tracks for Personalized Growth
WiCyS introduces a fresh approach for 2025 by dividing the mentoring program into two specialized tracks: the WiCyS Professional Mentorship Program and the WiCyS Aspiring Professional Mentorship Program, launching in December. This division allows for a more tailored experience, ensuring participants receive mentoring that aligns with their individual career stages.
