Green, Jr. has officially joined the board, bringing over three decades of experience in the energy capital markets sector. In his previous role as Managing Director and Head of Energy, Power & Infrastructure Capital Markets at Piper Sandler Co., Mr. Green directed equity and debt capital markets initiatives specifically within the energy sector. His vast experience encompasses oilfield services and equipment companies, providing his expertise a solid foundation within the industry.
Mr. Green's impressive career spans several reputable firms, holding senior investment banking positions at Simmons & Company International and Merrill Lynch, and roles at The First Boston Corporation and Morgan Stanley. Notably, he served as President and Chief Financial Officer of SalvageSale, Inc., in addition to occupying a seat on its Board of Directors. His academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, graduating with the highest honors, along with an MBA with distinction from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where he actively participates on the Board of Trustees of the Darden School Foundation.
Wayne Prejean, who is the Interim Chair of the Board, President, and CEO of Drilling Tools, expressed enthusiasm about Mr. Green joining the board at such a pivotal time for the company.
