For North America, the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) emerged as the Best Overall Consulting Firm to Work For, overtaking the previous year's leader, Bain & Company. With a global workforce of over 32,000 employees, BCG stands out for its exceptional quality of life, ranking second in prestige after McKinsey & Company.
