DIAGNOS Announces Date for Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders
DIAGNOS Inc. (“DIAGNOS” or the “Corporation”) (TSX Venture: ADK) (OTCQB: DGNOF), a frontrunner in the early detection of critical health issues through its FLAIRE platform powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI), has revealed that the annual general and special meeting of shareholders (the “Meeting”) will be held on September 25, 2024, at 10 a.m.
Purpose of the Meeting
This meeting will fulfill several key objectives, including:
Annual Report and Financial Statements
Shareholders will receive the management's annual report along with the audited consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, as well as the independent auditor’s report pertaining to these documents.
Election of Directors
During the meeting, shareholders will have the chance to elect the Corporation's directors.
Auditor Reappointment
