Her extensive background also includes serving as an Adjunct Instructor for the National Emergency Numbers Association (NENA), where she taught courses on NG9-1-1 and Addressing. Notably, she co-chairs the NENA NG9-1-1 GIS Data Model Standard workgroup and is an active member of the Geospatial Professional Network (GPN) Location, Enterprise Addressing and Public Safety (LEAP) Committee.
