Corporate Update from Current Water Technologies
Current Water Technologies Inc. (TSX-V: WATR) ("CWTI" or "the Company" or "the Corporation") stands at the forefront of developing innovative electrochemical technologies aimed at treating ammonia in both municipal and industrial wastewater. Additionally, the Company is working on establishing a global network for Green Hydrogen production. We are excited to share this corporate update with our valued shareholders and supporters.
Ongoing Testing Initiatives
Since our last update, CWTI has dedicated its efforts to promoting its cutting-edge AmmEL-H2 wastewater treatment technology across various sectors, including municipal, military, and diverse industrial fields such as agriculture, oil & gas, fertilizer, biogas, and mining.
The AmmEL-H2 System is specifically engineered to harness the inherent value of wastewater that contains high levels of ammonium compounds. This technology not only prevents the release of nitrogen compounds, which can severely harm aquatic ecosystems and contribute to climate change, but it also creates multiple lucrative revenue opportunities. CWTI aims to play a pivotal role in developing a network of advanced, profitable wastewater treatment facilities.
In the first half of this year, CWTI successfully completed pilot scale studies in-house for two clients and looks forward to discussing the findings and potential next steps in the near future.
This month, we will initiate new pilot scale testing projects with multinational industrial clients operating in North America. It is important to note that over the past year, CWTI has entered into Non-Disclosure agreements with several clients. As a result, we are unable to disclose client names or any related confidential information without their written consent. During this time, we have also engaged in discussions with various entities across North America and Europe, leading to proposals for both in-house and on-site testing programs. We expect a busy period ahead.
