Credicorp Ltd. This decision results in a total distribution amounting to S/1,038,205,487.00, in accordance with the Company’s Bye-Laws.

Cash Dividend Payment Details

The dividend will be distributed in US Dollars, utilizing the weighted exchange rate provided by the Peruvian Superintendency of Banks, Insurance and Pension Funds for transactions at the close of business on October 16, 2024. The amount in US Dollars will be rounded to four decimal places.
