With over 35 years of experience under his belt, he has played an integral role in the development and construction of affordable and supportive housing across the city. As part of his responsibilities, he oversees the company’s operations, maintaining high-level relationships with clients and agencies, as well as managing essential administrative functions like compliance and project oversight.
Argyriou is also a fervent advocate for affordable housing initiatives dedicated to assisting underprivileged residents of New York City. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and two Master's degrees in Structural Engineering and Construction Management, all from the Polytechnic Institute of New York, where he initially formed invaluable connections with business partners and friends in 1979.
