Shanice is a Board?Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with seven years of hands?on experience in cardiology and labor and delivery across several local facilities. She grew up in Brooklyn and moved to Kissimmee in her early teens. Her path into healthcare started humbly—as a patient transporter—and quickly grew into a full?fledged calling for nursing and patient advocacy.

Shanice earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from Valencia Community College in 2016, then completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Seminole State College in 2021. Motivated to broaden her impact at the bedside and beyond, she pursued a Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner at South University.
