The T.H.R.I.V.E. Emerging Leaders Reimagined program has successfully graduated its 2024 cohort, celebrating a notable milestone for small business owners. This program, which stands for Train, Hope, Rise, Innovate, Venture, Elevate, is dedicated to nurturing the entrepreneurial spirit across various communities. The 2024 graduates, consisting of nearly 1000 enthusiastic entrepreneurs, recently completed an extensive six-month program designed to equip them with the essential tools and strategies necessary for success.
The Journey of Transformation
Throughout this journey, participants represented over 67 different cohorts and were guided by experienced business coaches. They gained insights through an engaging online curriculum that focused on critical areas such as leadership, strategic planning, and financial acumen. In addition to online training, the participants enjoyed meaningful interactions during eight in-person 'CEO Conversations' sessions. These gatherings not only provided opportunities for networking but also presented real-world case studies for hands-on learning, enabling the participants to develop tailored growth strategies for their businesses.
Empowering Entrepreneurs Through Surge Sessions
This year’s program introduced exciting Surge Sessions, which are short, elective educational modules focusing on specific business skills. Led by renowned Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), these sessions added much depth to the curriculum. One standout session, titled 'How to Get Into Government Contracting with the SBA,' showcased the commitment of the U.S. Small Business Administration to empower small business owners. This particular session was crucial in providing essential knowledge and frameworks to navigate the intricacies of government contracting successfully.
