This investment opportunity, known as the "Offering," includes the potential sale of up to 12 million units at an attractive issue price of $0.125 per Unit.
Details of the Offering
Each unit consists of one common share in the Company's capital structure along with a half warrant. The warrant enables the holder to purchase an additional share at $0.20 for a period of 36 months following the close of the Offering. In recognition of the efforts from the Lead Agent, Cartier Silver will compensate with an 8% agency fee based on the total offerings along with broker warrants for a similar percentage of units issued.
