He comes to Blank Rome from Dragonfly Group, Inc., where he served as General Counsel and Head of M&A.

Fraser brings with him two decades of expertise in M&A and general corporate advisory work. In the last five years, he has acted as the primary counsel for numerous M&A and capital-raising transactions while working in-house.
Prior to his time at Dragonfly, Fraser was the assistant general counsel at WIN Waste Innovations, a private equity-backed company specializing in waste management and environmental services. He also held the position of deputy general counsel at Interactions LLC, a venture capital-backed provider of conversational artificial intelligence solutions. Before transitioning to in-house roles, Fraser was a partner at Burns & Levinson LLP, where he worked closely with a prominent corporate and finance team that later joined Blank Rome to help establish its Boston office.
