The newly delivered Aut0nom® building expands ARGAN's innovative portfolio, neighboring an existing 12,000 sq.m logistics site operated by CARREFOUR SUPPLY CHAIN. This impressive logistics platform includes five storage cells totaling 29,000 sq.m, with one designated for flammable materials. Moreover, a dedicated office block of 1,000 sq.m was constructed to support personnel needs.

DIMOLOG, part of the DIMOTRANS group, occupies 19,500 sq.m of this site, showcasing its expanding e-logistics capabilities. Featuring a photovoltaic power station with a capacity of 550 kWp and a storage system of 400 kWh, DIMOLOG can produce about 30% of its energy needs from renewable sources. The site significantly reduces CO2 emissions, achieving an 86% decrease compared to traditional warehouses, with minimal residual emissions of just 1.4 kg CO2/sq.m/year. These remaining emissions will be countered by a robust reforestation initiative recognized with a ‘Low Carbon’ label set to launch in France soon.
