He has a proven track record in creating value through strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, and successful mergers and acquisitions.
Recent Achievements
Prior to his nomination at Arcadis, Simon served as CFO at Wood Mackenzie, a company specializing in data and analytics solutions for the energy and natural resources sectors. At ERM, he significantly contributed to the company's transformation and led more than a dozen successful acquisitions that propelled sustained double-digit growth. He also played a critical role in the sale of ERM from OMERS & AIMCo to KKR, a landmark transaction noted for its impressive valuation.

Simon's career began at Rhône Poulenc, and he has since taken on senior finance roles at major companies like National Power, Aquila, Transocean, and GasLog LNG.
