Her specialized training encompasses Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Keesha graduated with honors from Texas A&M University with a bachelor's degree in journalism before shifting her career toward mental health, gaining significant experience in editorial, television production, and marketing.
