The Digital Development Group Corp (DIDG) was a dormant shell company abandoned by the previous Board members who resigned in 2015.
On April 1, 2016 DIDG was granted a Business License by NV SOS valid until December 31, 2016.
The plan going forward - as laid out currently by those involved in the implementation - communicated publicly via Twitter and You Tube / Periscope videos is that:
Gary Andrew - Owner of Future Intermountain Orient - a $30M annual revenue lumber company headquartered in Boise, ID but with offices in multiple states including AZ, CA , GA and WA - is now the Emergency Custodian of DIDG.
A shareholder ballot now needs to take place within the legally allowed timescale to ratify this appointment.
Also subject to the shareholder ballot, Gary Andrew will be appointed President / CEO of DIDG.
At some point, a reverse merger will take place between DIDG and Future Intermountain Orient so that the later may become a publicly traded company.
At some point, a ticker change will be applied for so that the symbol is more synonymous with Future Intermountain Orient.
