Regarding investments into Russian assets with a fixed return on capital 6 % and over in USD or EURO.
Dear Colleagues,
The Russian financial company "Optima Invest" Ltd. would like to offer for your review and decision the following investment strategy allowing to earn a fixed return on capital invested by 6% and over in USD and EURO through investments on the Russian market. Minimum investment amount is 50 000 USD (fifty thousand USD). Maximum amount is not limited.
Such a high return on investments by European standards is formed by financial instruments with fixed yields that come from the difference between high returns from Russian investment instruments with fixed yields in rubles and low cost of foreign capital attracted in USD and EURO outside Russia. Currency exchange risks are hedged on the currency stock exchange allowing to escape possible losses.
Optima Invest Ltd. is a broker company implementing its financial strategy through its own financial company registered according to the Russian legislation. This company has vast possibilities to function as a micro financial bank having rights to attract capital, to provide loans to companies and individuals.
In our case our company works as an investment broker that attracts investment capital to its accounts thought target loans with conversion foreign currency to rubles. About 15% from the capital we direct to hedge exchange currency risks and 85% of capital goes to several instruments such as:
1) Bank deposits, certificates and promissory notes of the Russian banks from top 20 rating list with fine balance reports by international standards, good & stable market reputation and clients' base.
2) Bonds of reliable borrowers from the MICEX (Moscow International Stock Exchange) and leading stock exchange markets abroad also with good balance reports.
3) Our own borrowers that are selected according to estimation system of EBRD.
The capital invested in rubles by 10 % interest rate and over. Types of investments are coordinated with an investor via a target loan contract. But an assignment of claims of that target loan contract or securities goes to the investor in the mortgage. When maturity date comes we make an opposite transaction when rubles convert into foreign currency and fix 6% (and over) return on investments (calculated on yearly basis).
The currency conversion losses, operations related to a state currency control and a cost of our services stay within 2-3 %. Cost of our service is negotiable subject to your interest. Take into account that 6% return on capital invested is a fixed in the contract net figure that goes to the investor. Other expenses including our service do not influence the investors' profits.
