Qualified small price stocks (QSPS) are generally stocks of young and striving companies that are innovating in their market and may become a leader of their sector. The market cap is small-as small as 50 millions-and the share price is low (but preferably above the dollar).
But on top of these criteria, and very importantly, the stock must be listed on a official exchange. An OTC stock cannot qualfied.

As a pure illustrative example, one stock that we are closely studying now is CPAH. But analysis is ongoing and there is no recommandation here.
