FY2011 revenues were $6.7 million, a 92% increase over the previous fiscal year. Revenues for the past four quarters (through December 31, 2011) were $4.7 million.</span></p>

All Implant Sciences products require minimal maintenance, are self-calibrating, and include no radioactive materials.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><br /><strong><span style="font-size: medium;">Quantum Sniffer QS-H150</span></strong><br /><span style="font-size: medium;">The QS-H150 is a hand-held trace detector that uses Ion Mobility Spectrometry to rapidly detect and identify trace amounts of a wide variety of military, commercial, and homemade explosives. The patented heated vortex gives the system the unique capability of performing simultaneous vapor and non-contact particulate detection. The QS-H150 is a portable, high-performance, low cost ETD product of which the Company has sold more than 1,300 units, totaling over $30 million in sales worldwide.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><br /><strong><span style="font-size: medium;">Quantum Sniffer QS-B220</span></strong><br /><span style="font-size: medium;">The recently launched QS-B220 bench-top explosives and narcotics detector has been designed to meet the needs of a variety of security applications, including the requirements of the TSA. It has one of the smallest footprints in the industry, making it ideal for crowded security checkpoints at airports and air cargo screening facilities. Able to detect a very wide variety of trace substances, including narcotics and explosives, it opens new market opportunities for Implant Sciences such as prisons and border crossings.</span></p>
