BARON CAPITAL ANNOUNCES SHAREHOLDER UPDATES

- Reduces authorized common shares to 2.9 billion

- Freezes common share structure for 1 year

- Bars any reverse split for 1 year

- During the 3rd quarter of 2016 Baron collected over $50,000 from its receivables, marking 9 straight quarters the Company has collected money.
