Sorry, but you're wrong. Falling share price rarel

A very recent and excellent example of that is nFusz, (FUSZ), now Verb Technology Company (VRRB). I've been invested in it for awhile and watching it closely. I've seen all of the idiot basher's pure bullshit, along with the poor judgment or opinions of those who just don't know.
Falling share price is the norm for companies that don't yet have "proof" of success in multiple financial reports. Go ahead and wait until they do, and see what you pay for a share of their stock then. The idea is to grow a set and follow what your dd convinces you to be a wise "ground floor" investment opportunity. Obviously the logic in taking on that risk is the potentially huge reward.
What I see most often on the OTC are not investors, but short term flippers, who jump on something with little more than hype driven momentum for a near term catalyst, and then get stuck when the pps moves the wrong way on them. If not for that, they'd have flipped it and been gone long ago.
To each his own, but price doesn't say it all unless you're mainly a day trader or short term swing trader. Some people are and don't even know it. They still call themselves investors.
