If you do a "Whois" lookup on all those domains I found, they appear to be registered in a similar manner. These domains are listed as being registered in Cameroon.
I suspect SIGO's lawyers will attempt to do the same lookup and will not be successful in finding the legal owners of the domains.
Anybody, from anywhere in the world, could have put up those sites.
