I'm happy about the uplisting of course, but I would appreciate any information board members might have on what actual difference this makes. For example, does uplisting (but still remaining OTC) merely increase a company's status? Or does it make a ticker eligible for any indexes, institutions or other big players that wouldn't otherwise want to or be allowed to buy in?
For myself as a retail investor, it doesn't mean anything other than the obvious and welcome indication that management doesn't think the SP will dip seriously. The only real change for me would be uplisting to an 'exchange', which would let me hold shares in retirement accounts.
