So here's some of what I know... To be perfec

To be perfectly blunt, we don't need Swig or it's technology. David Foley has enhanced the delivery of content and tweaked UltraFlix to provide a faster and better overall end user experience. So, I believe Swig's technology while good has already been surpassed by DF's latest tech improvements. I've also had the time to read Ivan's submission to the court and frankly I believe he's being disingenuous with some of his statements so as to distance himself from the Longside suit. It doesn't sit well with me that he appears to make contradictory statements but whatever, his choice. I wish him well but I don't think it's a make or break situation for us by any means.
The Longside contractual suit should have been taken care of by now but obviously hasn't. Why? It appears NTEK has been waiting on the investment dollars to take care of the monetary obligation. Or they could've just made another tremendous round of dilution punishing shareholders even more to pay the financial agreement. Thankfully that hasn't been the case so I'm not complaining there. It's my belief that when the 21 million arrives, the suit will be history, a mere forgotten blip on the radar as UF 3.0 is unveiled with all it's upgrades and vast content library. Let's not forget the deals with Lightening Ent, Illuminate Hollywood among others.
So when will we actually receive news on the closing of the 21 million dollar deal? The day specific answer is I don't know but many of us have been advised that everything has been completed on NTEK's part and all we're waiting on is the funds to be wired into NTEK's account. To be clear, Ivan's departure is said to have zero impact on the funding we are soon to receive. I would think NTEK has knowledge of a date certain for this to happen but they aren't sharing that with us at this point. With that said, they appear to be adamant that it's coming and are confident enough to provide a fairly narrow window for the shm date, the end of September/early October. So, I can't see a shm happening without closure of the deal as well as implementation of UF 3.0.
So in my opinion, the funding deal is near completion and will be announced soon. Remember, NTEK has clearly fumbled the ball a several times in the past insofar as "soon" is concerned, but for the most part they've always delivered as it relates to UltraFlix. Indeed they've gone back and restated earnings and have cleaned up their books, in my opinion, as part of their dd for this major investment that's about to happen.
The sky is not falling folks! We have the very best tech on the planet bar none. The beauty is, we have the ability to see it for ourselves whenever we want, it's just a click away on your UltraFlix app. If you choose to sell now it'll be near an all time low when we're just weeks or maybe even days away from the investment we've all been waiting for. Content galore with a brand new user interface that has no rival. Like the old investment saying goes, when there's blood in the street it's probably time to buy.
Best of luck to all the Longs!
