ICNB has an exclusive retail distribution agreement with Bevmo. This is the last step towards an actual contract. Im pretty sure ICNB's agreement with Bevmo is similar with respects to Section 3 in the following example:

The above example is completely unrelated to ICNB. But the purpose of this post is to show how an exclusive retail distribution agreement can be worded.
More than likely, Bevmo and ICNB have an Effective Date for the contract to commence. This is what we are waiting for; the Effective Date.Its my opinion Bevmo is waiting on regulatory bodies to give the ok. Once complete, we will receive a PR/filing. Following this, I expect the share price to double.
