Islandsbanki hf.: Íslandsbanki completes commercial paper offering
Íslandsbanki hf. has today offered 6 and 12 month commercial paper to investors. Offers totaling ISK 5,660 million were received and offers worth ISK 1,000 million were accepted.
The nominal amount sold in the 6-month series was 480m at a 5.30% simple rate. Total offers received amounted to ISK 3,880 million at rates of 5.24% - 5.50%.
The nominal amount sold in the 12-month series was 520m at a 5.60% simple rate. Total offers received amounted to ISK 1,780 million at rates of 5.40% - 5.78%.
The commercial papers are scheduled to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Iceland 19 January.
