So the "sales" that were mentioned are considered "Revenue" which is directly used to calculate the PPS (Price Per Share) as in... "Sales" a.k.a. "Revenue" divided by Oustanding Shares?
Where does debt come into this? Some people claim they have no debt, however, the 8K seems to refer to the "Purchaser" having no debt and it seems like Solaris purchased the shares of Pixel and not the other way around...?
