Muse was on fire today, love all of the great info! I figured I would write a quick post explaining how the share reduction aquirement works ( at least how I understand it to work). When I was speaking with the head of IR ( James ) I asked him about it because I didn't have a full understanding of it. He kindly explained to me how it works. First, there is not someone sitting at a computer trying to buy TPAC shares(to retire them) like you and I buy shares. Basically, the share reduction program is an automated computer system (Algorithm) that has two settings. One setting is set at a lower threshold( trigger )and the other setting is set at a higher threshold( trigger). So there are 2 different triggers that are set to buy back shares when the trigger is hit. The 2 triggers work together, as the share price goes up, the triggers will move up with it and vice a versa. Right now I believe the low trigger is at .0003 and the higher trigger nobody knows exactly where it is at( only the system knows) and that is why nobody quite knows exactly when the system will start the buying spree. They also have it set up in the system that if the price was to fall to .0001 and the system couldn't buy them all at .0003( because not enough money in there yet) the system has enough money to purchase the whole AS. This is what IR was talking about when they said we are now safe from the stock going to a no bid. As the system gets more money(from TPAC Prime) it gets more aggressive in going after and buying the shares. The system is set up to go for 36 months and regardless of when it gets the 70% of TPAC shares back, it's going to keep going until the 36 months is up. That is why IR is telling us to get them while we can because eventually they are going to be hard to get.
Lastly, the way IR did this whole program was 100% for the benefit of us shareholders. The way day trading works, the more money you make each day, the more money you can invest with the next day and the bigger gains you get the next day and so on and so on. It's like a snowball effect, if you keep reinvesting with the money your making daily. TPAC and IR wanted to show the shareholders their good faith and intentions. They started taking part of the profits they are making each day and putting it into TPAC Prime and the system to start buying back shares much sooner than it otherwise would have done.
To me, it sounds like a very impressive system. I have been investing in TPAC for pretty close to over 2 years now( back in the day when all we could do is sit and wait and hope to hear a word or two from Bill every now and then). These are exciting times for TPAC shareholders with IR offering to help us with day trading and keeping us fully informed of exactly what's going on everyday. Where else are you going to find this kind of service and opportunity from another stock on the OTC or NASDAQ? This is a once in a lifetime opportunity that we are living and seeing daily. ENJOY THE RIDE!!

Mortgage Rates Slightly Decline to 6.95%
Freddie Mac reports that the average rate on a 30-year fixed mortgage fell to 6.95% this week, down from 6.99% the previous. It might not be enough to draw in many homebuyers with this little decrease in mortgage rates. Though the drop is welcome, it has little effect on overall affordability. Waiting for a more significant drop, many buyers stay put. Considering past norms, the rates are still rather high now. The monetary policy stance of the Federal... Continue Reading

Even with the Federal Reserve's modest interest rate cuts and a bearish U.S. stockpile report, traders expected tightening supplies, which drove up crude oil futures. The Department of Energy projected rising world oil demand while gasoline and crude inventories increased more than anticipated. Although up, fuel demand was still less than it was the previous year. Mixed forecasts were given by investment banks and agencies; the International Energy Agency anticipated lower demand while Morga... Continue Reading

The consumer price index (CPI) was unchanged in May, indicating a little slowdown in inflation, which climbed by 3.3% year. Excluding food and energy, the core CPI increased 3.4% yearly and 0.2% month over. Mixed signals from the report—energy prices were down and shelter costs were up—influenced market expectations for possible rate reductions by the Federal Reserve later this year. Future policy choices and economic estimates made by the Fed will be greatly impacted by the data.
