You might notice..the 2 top sought after are both U.S. Companies...My Understanding is the F-35 , ( Lockheed / Martin ), is close to finals if not already completed for the U.S. Premiere Air Support / Light Weight Bomber. Supposedly it is virtually beyond human control, ( think ultimate Drone ), with it's greatest problem being that pilots cannot reach it's Limit Capacity without becoming unconscious ....And the aircraft even recognizes That...!!!!.....So That Said ...That technology doesn't leave our shores...Period.....
The United States is probably the Only Country in the World that Imports Zero.... technology beyond It's Boarders .....For Our Military Needs......And bear in mind, All Military Aircraft, ( except Long Range Bombers ...Are designed for Naval Requirements as well....!!!! )....
