***Current Reflections.....Bill McKay saw a very Lofty Opportunity and Goal in an Arena that even in World Wide Business is an Extreme Upper Echelon.......Aerospace. On top of the numerous products TPAC is fully Certified and Capable to manufacture, Bill took this concept one step further and created a Niche product, a Self-Lubricating Proprietary Lined Bearing, and further went to the utmost to have it, (and other products), NAVAIR Certified...to even further stand out in a World Wide Market.........A Lofty Goal ........Accomplished.....!!!!

You have to really step back for a minute and truly Reflect on this Arena....and think for a minute what is actually involved in say something like manufacturing a Commercial Airliner. We generally take this for granted as we know nothing of the complexity, engineering, nor can even fathom the coordination of the logistics involved with scheduling.....Much less putting the Damn thing together with parts sourced from throughout the World......With the Most Stringent Specifications known currently............Bill does.......!!!!.....And truly surrounded himself with The Best of The Best...........

Step back and reflect for a minute....What Bill and TPAC have achieved and with the absolute Highest Degree of Certification....NAVAIR......Very Amazing.....

Now think for a minute how a Corporation the likes of Boeing has to view a supplier.......a volume of "hoops" to jump through to even get their attention....much less Even get on their Suppliers List.........TPAC Has......!!!!!........Now try to think from Boeing's perspective, what they look at and require from a "Certified Supplier" to Commence a Contract.......Boeing and other Aerospace Firms of this stature look beyond the certifications and look finitely at the many aspects of Absolute True Production Capabilities.......Period....There is no place for the word "Delay"......

Boeing nor any other firm position it's self to have Any Delay or Glitch of any kind in any aspect of supply for any single plane, much less multiple planes......And now think about JIT Orders..........Mind Boggling......And as such has certain criteria that is mandatory, regardless of a companies products or qualifications.........And by the way Funding Mechanism's have the same level of criteria, (except add Politics into the mix....!!!!)

Bill did a Tremendous job in introducing and highlighting the "New Kid on the Block" to the Aerospace World......TPAC.......And as such has drawn not only interest by Major Manufacturers in TPAC, but a flood of Requests for Quotations. Bill and the Company are currently overwhelmed by the RFQ's......(not a bad problem to have...!!!)....But the other side of this Tremendous interest becomes Manufacturing.......For not only one firm, but numerous, as well as locations throughout the World. TPAC was not prepared for the initial Overwhelming Demand, and it became painfully obvious that they had to multiply and disperse manufacture and production.....Immediately.....!!!!!

In my opinion, the concept of Licensing Agreements and Service Level Agreements was and is Brilliant, and extremely pro-active to an immediate issue....Production........However the SLA's in themselves are Not Boiler Plate,.....Nor are they "Instant" or "Immediately Definitive"............THIS is the Very Reason............They Are Not Being Released by Every Press Release Imaginable ........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The SLA's are extremely detailed and have numerous levels of "trigger" events. Take the Australian TPAC SLA for instance.....That is intimately tied in with the Australian Government, (think Politics.....!!!!!!!!!), and their Demands , Criteria.....And Negotiations.....!!!!......My understanding is that This SLA is by No Means something that didn't work out, or was swept under the rug......It Is Completely Alive and being worked on as We Speak.......It's being Negotiated.....With a Government.......Need I say More......???!!!........It Takes Time Unfortunately, and at this Level of World Business in Aerospace, Virtually all TPAC's SLA's require a multiple level of "trigger" aspects to complete a definitive agreement........(Edit : It Takes Time....A Lot of Time....!!!..)

It was Merely a couple of Months ago, That we were beside ourselves with Joy for a $109,000 Order....!!!!.....Well That was completed and On Time, and Paid for.....!!!!....The First Ever Revenue for TPAC....!!!!.......Now we suddenly have a Large Degree of Complete Arrogance, (overlooking that prior P.O.), Literally Demanding to see $ Millions in Production and Sales.....in Mere Months...!!!!.......Really............................???!!!!!

My understanding is that currently we are buried in RFQ's, and probably a very good percentage that will translate to Firm Orders, (the Best, Bad News you could Have...!!!), but bear in mind, That doesn't mean they are all for NAVAIR Cert. products. (Our specialty with a larger profit percentage), However they show tremendous interest and will probably bury us in production.....And Further Revenue............What the Hell More can you Ask For.....!!!!!!!

Furthermore, reflecting on IR's messages, it appears that TPAC is painfully Close to full filling criteria I mentioned prior to get into "the promised land" of Boeing as a Preferred Supplier, and probably translates into Loan Criteria as well. I believe they go "Hand in Hand". IR inferred that we are Literally One Single SLA away from meeting this financial criteria to truly opening up our NAVAIR Products.......To The Upper Level......!!!!.......We Are So Close......Just Patience and time......

Kind of think of TPAC as building a Car, knowing if we can build just three cars.....There will be orders instantly waiting for 100 More...!!!
But currently we show financially, we can build 2, (think SLA's), and we need just one more SLA to finish that third car.....So we can get our hands on that Order of 100 More...!!!!!.....We are So Painfully Close...........

Personally,... I have no problem bartering services with shares.....It's Forward Progressive Movement........They cannot and are not being cause for dilution....!!!!.....I do find it absolutely Disgusting not "walking" pps down, But actually being currently "pinned" downward by Market makers and the Mindset of 15% flippers...................However.....I Don't Have a Single Share For Sale Period......I Know what I Own.....But More Importantly...........The Obvious Potential Trans-Pacific Aerospace Company, Inc Is Showing in Mere Months......And The Enormous Potential TPAC has on the Near Horizon...........
