A lot out today on TPAC and on this board... correct SM to say that what Bill told all in the recent past (besides the Presentation Outline) was that he had struck a partnership (not an acquisition) with BTL:

And indeed TPAC owns 55% of Godfrey (China):

I think that any 'material event' will be put out in an 8K so we will be kept informed when it really counts and can't forget the 10-Q due mid-June for quarter (to end of April) which should show that $100k order and maybe surprise us with additional numbers.
