iHub is providing the following information with respect the subpoena issued to InvestorsHub.com by COR Clearing LLC, seeking to compel iHub to produce private account information on a (varying) number of users:

While iHub intends to continue to oppose the subpoena in its current form, potentially affected users should not rely upon on our success in doing so. You may wish to consult with your own legal counsel with an eye towards intervening on your own behalf. Affected persons may also wish to contact Electronic Frontiers Foundation and/or Public Citizen to inquire if they might be interested in filing an amicus brief with the court on behalf of the targeted users.

[EDIT] iHub routinely deals with subpoenas in civil actions without the need for public disclosure. In the overwhelming majority of cases IHub never produces on non-governmental subpoenas, and in those instances when we do produce the users are provided ample opportunity to intervene. However, in this instance we are making disclosure because 1) the subpoena potentially affects a large number of users, 2) the plaintiffs are seeking a court order seeking to overcome iHub's objection and compel IHub to produce, and 3) in our opinion the subpoena lacks any merit whatsoever.
