It would seem to me.....that you are missing some information that you are confusing with the stocks you own. So, hopefully , I will clarify a couple of things for you, as follows.
First and foremost. You are playing , ' PINK SHEETS ', which, by definition, will give you only the information which the company WANTS to give to you or anyone else. To EXPECT anything else is just a fools errand.
That said, Bill, James, and company have been FAR MORE informative over the past couple of years than almost any company on the pinks I have ever owned. That is why I am still here.
Second. You are asking questions, which through your own brand of DD you can not find answers for, and show frustration in your request to others when asking the questions that you SHOULD know that no one has, or, it would have been posted already. So, that would make you appear to be simply knocking the company for not explaining that to you to your satisfaction. Please read the top paragraph again.
Third : The most constant thing you will hear when you begin crying about all the thing's you can find wrong with a stock that YOU CHOSE TO BUY , is that , IF YOU DO NOT LIKE IT.....SELL IT AND GO AWAY. NO ONE CARES WHAT YOU DO NOT LIKE !!!
This is a board in which we gather information that IS AVAILABLE
and discuss that. NOT a board for your or anyone else's bitching and moaning about what is NOT AVAILABLE.
