Sorry I forgot the word "within". Yes it could happen anytime between now and within 6 weeks.
Since I am not a physic or have inside info, I have to go by their last 8-K which as we all know states "within" 71 days from that filing of Feb 2nd or as you say "within" 6 weeks.
Or sooner? Anytime? Yes yes yes anytime within 6 weeks!
