a fraction of the industry standard lead time – while maintaining aerospace quality and tolerance requirements.

Products can be delivered in two weeks from receipt of
order and in small quantities with current capacity and tooling
capable of producing 1 million units annually.
We can produce from 1 to 1 million units annually, based on
current tooling capacity.
Output volume can be dramatically ramped up in as little as 8
weeks, if required.
TPAC is China’s only aerospace industry spherical bearing manufacturer and is the only company in China offering bearings and liner systems approved by NAVAIR under the requirements of SAE-AS81820 and SAE-AS81934.
Our manufacturing and assembly partner in China is approved to
AS9100C. They have been accepted by NAVAIR to provide component
and finished bearing machining and final inspection and packaging
for TPAC.
TPAC has an extensive list of approved suppliers for component
production and final machining, all of whom are AS9100 approved.
TPAC has extensive experience in machining all grades of
aerospace stainless and carbon steel, Inconel, Monel, Aluminum,
tool steel, titanium , aluminum nickel bronze and beryllium copper.
All Chinese manufacturing, assembly and processing facilities are located within approximately 10 kilometers drive from each other with no border crossings, customs, etc. to contend with.
TPAC engineering and manufacturing staff have extensive experience in the
design, manufacture and qualification approval of all Boeing Proprietary Spherical
Bearings, both self-lubricating and metal-on-metal.
TPAC staff has previously designed bearings approved on Boeing commercial
Aircraft including 737, 747, 757, 767, 777, and 787, including the BACB, 10-, SO-,
60B and 69B series.
All products and systems will meet Boeing quality requirements and can be
provided with full certifications or standard C of C’s at the buyers option.
