Sorry I haven't been diligent on these boards for awhile. I have a huge project I am trying to get funding for, and frankly the petty bitching and jack ass posters that pop up from time to time make me sick. If I want to get irritated I just go to The Drudge Report and look at that ugly, nasty face of Hillary Clinton.

NOW, just to clear up some of the confusion and noise over here let me clarify what is going on. This is the latest up to date scoop as of last night:

First to set the stage, the new Safety Management System comes on line officially in October for all airlines. It is a responsive system that is designed to "predict" and "circumvent" as many safety issues that can occur while an airplane takes off, while in flight and when it lands. While the majority of the crashes take place in taking off and landing some of the issues that affect the former happens while the plane is in the air.

The SMS would be the action plan if you will for any event or malfunction that could potentially occur. The FAA determined, right or wrong that Baltia needed to be first in line with this since we are on an imminent path to certification.

This week was the first SMS "school" of its kind. With this Baltia is filing with the FAA their action plan which would be a for lack of a better word the case study of the various emergency scenarios that could occur. This will be their action plan they would implement on the proving runs that will more than likely take place the last week of July at this point.

Second, once the FAA reviews the action plan they will schedule the mini evac and then we will move on to the proving runs. FINALLY.

While it appears that Baltia has been sitting idly by doing nothing they have indeed been fine tuning every aspect of the mini evac, primarily the doors and all ancillary equipment to make sure this baby will perform. If you'll remember the only reason we failed the mini evac the last two times was the girt bar coming undone. The mechanism that attaches the girt bar to the plane can also be dislodged as the doors are armed. We had one instance where some speculate a past employee who has been fired may have intentionally sabotaged the girt bar in order to keep buying shares while also posing as a poster on I Hub with inside information to keep the price artificially low and add more shares. You remember Caesar. Now this is pure speculation but I will say the known individual is on a slippery slope and could wind up with free room and board for all eternity.

Anyway, Baltia has nailed this issue of the girt bar and the proper arming of the doors and we are all confident that only an act of God could keep us from passing.

Lastly, I want to address a lot of pms that I get alleging the FAA wants us to fail. That is the biggest bunch of bull I have ever heard. The FAA specifically the local FISDO office have been working hand in hand with us to get this done successfully. They have helped us to become the PIONEERS in air travel safety.

While we have had our collective asses handed to us in share price we have also been able to add many more shares to our portfolios. Due to the ridiculous and unwarranted drop in price many of us will become millionaires when before we would have only become thousandaires.

And if you think any of the Big Investors AKA Insiders will let us fail you are nuts. We are within spitting distance to the finish line.

Lastly, the LT has a history of winning. With two successful tours in the armed forces in the ME, a successful business and a beautiful family he is the man I want to follow. I am no longer qualified to go to the ME, I have a beautiful family. Now I want that financial independence.

If you want to win follow a winner. The LT is ahead of the curve. Let's help him out...

Now that's all I got to say about that.
