The Nevada state received my complaint today on Dallas Boley, they are reviewing and will update a new annual report by end of day today, they are checking the contact info and email and everything else to have this brought to the state to press charges.
Next,
Financials, my CPA is working away on getting this done this week and dont forget in the report it will show all the transactions for shares sold and lets see who is on the report other than Debt Holders. also that will take care of SEDAR up to date too.
Next,
Congress, rock mill in the final stages of being built and also will be stored and will run partial in a metal building and also outside for the waste, ADEQ will be here to inspect and sign off when complete but will post that info on OTC Markets when done.
Next,
Trucking is ready to go for Congress and before 50 people call ADEQ for this I am waiting for the OK to go, we are insured and the company is permitted to move rock for the state so will update that also.
Finally
Ghana, I will be in Ghana Jan 15th to the end of the month, for all those lovely people that think I never been there, I will put up my ticket before I go and post pictures when I land via Twitter and production pictures.
So keep the negative coming and all the bad press, I am not stopping no matter what and if people don't believe no problem you can go to another stock, I will keep buying mine.
One last thing, I will do this, I am getting the ore break down reports for Dunphy777, then I will bring him in for one week at his rate of 150 a hour to show how real this is, then people will say that's not true either, I am done proving people wrong.
Legally, People should be careful stating some things, Money Laundering, IRS evasion, tax fraud, all this stuff, I pay my taxes and never had a problem in my life with the IRS or anything like that so keep it coming because it will stop one way or another I PROMISE.
