Here is the updates people are waiting for.
1). Sedar with Canada trading, they asked for financials from 2010 till now and no payments were done those years so I just received the bill and will get that paid around 13,600 dollars and will be able to trade again by December 8th, if any changes I will update but when payment is made and they give me paperwork I will upload to OTC.
2). Company Chill- 2 parts to this, a). Our law firm is working on this issue and its still in progress and still end of year timeline.
b). Info from TA being Sent.
3). NEW TA Firm- We will announce new TA firm next week, and they will release information on the call without approval and no emails.
4) Congress- I have received a letter from ADEQ for the Determination of Applicability and they want some tests done on the material before they will give the permit, but everyone will read it was done in October and this email read now November 17, 2014 and also reads that they need more information that we are already working on. So I already sent out the samples to test to get back to them next week.
5). Congress(
- We are looking at a rock impact mill to be setup at Congress that water is not needed, we are testing now and will send the concentrates out to get processed. If this does work we will be back up and working before the water permit is issued.
6). Financials- CPA is working on them and will get those posted by 2nd week of December that will show more assets and less debt.
7). Share Buy back- At this time we have purchased over 300 million in shares back from stock holders and will continue, when that is complete we will be buying in the open market.
. Ghana- Our trip is scheduled for tomorrow night and we are waiting to hear in the morning the schedule of our trip for our license and we will get some pictures of the land and equipment.
9). Keystone- A new contract is being signed this week to process the 200,000 tons, I will upload as soon as I have it.
