Regarding the civil suit involving Jerry & Minecore, this suit was filed against the company by an insider, Kevin Elliott. Mr. Elliott was an acting CFO and Treasurer of Minecore (please refer to the links below to confirm his position). Basically he sued the company for unpaid accrued salaries after the company was crippled by the March 2009 political coup in Madagascar whereby the land leases held by the company were lost. This loss was a direct result of coup as was significant financial losses for Minecore. These losses resulted in the company closing.
The company had properties in Canada that Kevin Elliott wanted. Since the company had no use for this land and sought to close the door on the ridiculous suit, the company settled to release the land to Elliott.
End of story. That is the gist of it.
No fraud. No scam. Nothing to do with the SEC. AND NOTHING TO DO WITH XUN ENERGY. Just typical day to day business and lawsuits in the land of free market capitalism.
The certified legal documents for this case are not readily available to the general public. And, as is often the case with government websites, I am having issues accessing my account to retrieve pertinent documentation to make available to you, the shareholders. However, once this little glitch is resolved, I will provide such to you.
