ATTENTION POSTERS: DELETIONS AND BANS:
The board is getting out of control. There needs to be a more neutral, useful, and respectable discussion here. The purpose of this board was for long term investors to have a place to discuss the stock in a non-hostile and respectable environment. This includes discussing positive aspects, updates (including pictures), and information. This may also include bringing negative questions or concerns to the discussion when they are relevant, reasonable, and not too outlandish. There is a BIG difference between bashing (blatant AND subtle bashing) a company/stock, vs. raising legitimate concerns or questions when they arise. These types of legitimate discussions should not be met with rude and aggressive responses, but rather respectable responses based on all available information. Aggressive and rude responses just turn off a lot of people to the board, which may limit useful discussion out of fear of being tied to the whipping post. Please remember, the ultimate goal here is to keep everyone fully updated on every aspect of the company, positive or negative (and of course we all know the positives far outweigh any negatives), in order to be able to make the most educated financial decisions regarding our investments in AMBS.
Post deletions are warranted for:
-Bashing commentary against Gerald, AMBS, or other posters. This includes blatant bashing as well as subtle bashing (reposting the same negative comments or concerns excessively, reposting negative information/articles repeatedly, clearly and repetitively posting negative comments to raise doubt, etc.).
-Excessively over-pumping, especially when associated with information that may be inaccurate or exaggerated.
-Personal attacks against other posters.
-Overly aggressive and rude responses (from both bashers and longs).
-Posts that do not pertain in some way to AMBS or the Biotech industry.
-Posts pumping other stocks besides AMBS.
Bans are warranted for:
-Any form of harassing, threatening, or personal attacks to other members. This will swiftly lead to an automatic ban.
-3 strikes from breaking the rules above.

Understand that the four of us will be deleting anything that falls into any one of the categories below. We're all adults here and some of the posts over the last two weeks have been inexcusable. There are no favorites, we are just trying to make this the best AMBS board on the Internet.

This is a clean slate for everyone moving forward, Please don't abuse the site. We've turned this into the best place for AMBS discussion, let's all work to keep it that way.
Also, we only govern what is posted publicly. Any personal PMs to one another is your business.
4. Messages that are deemed by the moderator to be illegal or otherwise harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, of an inappropriate sexual or homophobic nature, racially or religiously offensive is not acceptable.
Contributions must not:
- contain any material which is defamatory of any person.
- contain any material which is obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory.
- promote sexually explicit material.
- promote violence.
- promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
- infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person.
- be likely to deceive any person.
- be made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence.
- promote any illegal activity.
- be threatening, abuse or invade another's privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.
- be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person.
- be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person.
- give the impression that they emanate from us, if this is not the case.
- advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.
6. Off Topic
Posts and topics on stock boards must have some sort of quality to them, and topics should be worthy of discussion. While topics can range in topic, it doesn't mean you can make "any" topic you wish. They must maintain a level of quality on any stock board. Topics such as the following should be avoided:
- Not be about things you have eaten, clothes you are wearing, or other related items. Telling people where you are going, what you're doing at the time, etc. These are Ok on member boards but not on stock boards.
- No porn.
- No Posting games on stock boards.
- No lewd, rude, racist, or offensive posts/threads (keep language usage at a PG level).
- No trolling (posting an obviously negative post/thread to elicit an angry response).
- Be respectful and polite to other message board members.
- "I'm leaving" type threads are not permitted as they most often contain zero discussion value on any stock boards.
- Short posts such as "lol" and "ok" are considered spam/Off Topic and will not be tolerated on any stock boards.
