Good afternoon, Nick-
My wife and I have been conducting research into vertical farming for several years, and have great interest in your company. We are sustainable urban farmers and are in the process of purchasing a 52 acres plot in southern ****************.
We noted your bio indicates your part of the BG Medical Technologies board and
wondered if you are still part of this company? We are stock holders and like the
relationships between these two companies.

Good Morning BN,
Thank You for the note, to be very honest with you I am not and never was on there Board of directors I simply joined a science advisory team for them and nothing ever became of it , We have no stock in the company and are doing nothing with them at this time, as our LOI never went anywhere
I tried to do a deal much like what I did with Abattis on the CSE : ATT and OTC : ATTBF I hope this helps you ,,

Mr. Brusatore's email is accurate, and I will expand upon it.
BG Medical Technologies ("BG"
maintains strong relationships with business leaders and forward-thinkers with the cannabis industry. Some of these relationships are formalized, as part of our Science Advisory Board, while others contribute on an informal basis.
The core focus of BG is in developing and enhancing technologies that relate to increasing safety, quality, and accessibility of cannabis products, while not directly being involved with the sale or manufacture of these products. A strong focus is also placed on data collection, analysis, and public dissemination of data for the purpose of informing consumers and producing revenue for our clients. BG also holds interest in the development of hardware and software for enhancing workflow process as it relates to our core focus.
Mr. Brusatore is an accomplished expert within vertical hydroponic systems and workflow processes thereof. In addition to our laboratory holdings, BG has interest in optimizing the farming process of cannabis and medical herbs. Within our vertical growth strategy (business model, not farming model), farming is the stage prior to the BudGenius laboratory receiving a plant for testing. There are great synergies between these two vertical stages. It is also important to note that BG interests are not limited to cannabis, but are also in patient-safe and efficient growth of other legal medicinal herbs. This represents a portion of our horizontal growth strategy.
Mr. Brusatore and BG had spent time exploring options related to next-generation hydroponic farming concepts. It was BG's determination that the USA cannabis industry was not yet matured to engage in the specific types of solutions we have considered bringing to market. We remain in touch with Nick from time to time, but there are no active agendas currently on the table. Nevertheless, the relationship we have with Mr. Brusatore remains valued as we continually observe and evaluate the market for optimum timing on forthcoming endeavors.
As Nick also mentioned, our Science Advisory Board is not our Board of Directors. BG's advisory board is comprised of specialists in key fields relevant to our product strategy. Our Board of Directors is comprised of individuals relevant to our growth strategy. Each of these serve important and complimentary roles in shaping the prosperity of the company.
