********A little frustrated here in 2012, not able to buy more shares. This was resolved in Jan 2014, when RIGH volume exploded.

The actual DTC list is hundreds of symbols long (Here is the subject line, "GLOSSARY DEPT UPDATES TO THE LIST OF OTC CLEARED SECURITIES"
. The second list is from a third party company. I can not verify when or how often this list is updated from this company, nor if it is the most recent release this unaffiliated company has released via their website.

The DTC chill status is due to actions from previous RightSmile management, prior to the 2012 reverse merger with BG Medical Technologies. The chill is expected to be resolved during the formal name change process. These actions are pending, and will be resolved soon.
If it was a matter of filing simple paperwork (as your received letter rom TD alludes to), I assure you, it would already be completed. Unfortunately, it is a bit of a more complex. Nonetheless we have a strategy in place to have this handled in the near term. Please stay tuned to our press releases, as these will indicate when this status has been removed.
