It's nice to see Gary finally stepping up and taking charge against people who try and slander/libel against a growing company. While mistakes have been made what one needs to remember that if what you write impedes the company's business plan in a way where there are damages from a specific writing or individual speech, that this is a felony and is not to mention a digesting trait of a human being to go this far and do something like this. Secondly most of you know that as of months ago when her shenanigans started, she continued to write and hurt the company is various ways. Now we see an influx of new posters who I am sure are part of the usual bash gang. Whats funny is to the extent she is willing to go to voice her opinion. Its obvious she isn't married to a human being, possibly a computer yes, but a human being most certainly not. Everyone knows that she is always writing on the board and even in the wee hours of the morning when one comment is made its all hands on deck to dispute immediately. While mistakes have been made by Gary and others, it is imperative to remember that no one is perfect and everyone makes mistakes even large corporations. Now with respect to this whole new bond thing, based on my research the bonds are not fake but because of currency devaluation, they are worth very little and I wish Gary for once in his life would actually look into what is happening instead of taking someones word for it. It is of the upmost importance that Gary stop trying to deal with this crap and get the $$$ out of his eyes. It takes years to grow a company and there is no get rich quick scheme that will take a company like an otc company, to a billion dollar Nasdaq company. Its just either impossible or the probability is so small. Gary I hope you read this and I would frankly love to talk with you in regards to the future, but with all do respect, you really need to get your head out of ass and start operating like a real company with ethics. These deals with certain individuals, mean nothing because all the research that I have done has proven that these people who supposedly have this large amount, live and operate in very interesting areas and buildings. Someone who has 500-billion in bonds would in my mind probably not live and operate in a small little plaza building that is most likely the size of a small restaurant. There truly are many things that need fixing with this company. It was a great company and it was bringing in decent amounts of money, but now what we have is a mess and a crapload of stock unaccounted for, yet expensed....Unfortunately even if the lawsuit goes over well which is a big "if" because the ability to prove without doubt that she harmed a company is not a small task in itself. The company needs to start correcting the balance sheet and all of the stock that as of lately it continues to give out. Everyday you do this, the company's valuation drops significantly. There are ways to make acquisitions and deals without using stock or writing in an agreement in a such a way that goals must be met in order to maintain and vest them. IMO, the company and Gary got themselves in way over there head with everything and a lot of that blame is layer upon King for manipulating Gary and the company. I really hope things change and you start learning to file documents correctly, but as a shareholder and preferred holder, it is with my opinion, that within the next 6 months this company will be dissolved due to bankruptcy and the inability to complete legal business transactions.
